Our First Annual Kim Cates Fund Comedy Night" heald Feb. 25th, 2012 at The Amato Center inMilford, NH was a huge success. Nearly sold out, guest appearance by Jim Braude & Margery Eagan of WTKK in Boston, and double-headliners Bob Siebel and Frank Santorelli. A great night!
On June 22nd, a Press Conference was held to announce the establishment of the Kim Cates Scholarship Fund. Created by husband David Cates as a way to remember his late wife, the scholarship will afford a direct payment to promising medical students in the Mont Vernon, NH area.

Friends begin to gather for Kim's Concert at Alpine Grove in Hollis, NH. A wonderful day with rain holding off until shortly after the event ended during the evening. A memorable day.
The field begins to fill as musicians begin to play. Not too few, not too many, made for an intimate day
The Slakas begin to tear it up, with Chris Lussier on keybaords. Chris was one of the primary organizers of the event, with countless hours tallied bringing it all together.
